Cerebrovascular Disease
The neurosurgeons at Inland Neurosurgery and Spine provide regional treatment of true vascular disease in the brain.
This treatment includes:
- Surgical clipping of cerebral aneurysms
- Resection of arterial venous malformations (AVM’s)
- Cavernomas
- Other cerebrovascular diseases
We work hand-in-hand with interventional radiology in both the diagnostic workup and treatment of aneurysms either with surgical clipping or endovascular coiling. We utilize sophisticated intraoperative equipment including Fluorescein angiography.
The clinical and surgical management of ruptured aneurysms is performed at Sacred Heart Medical Center in conjunction with the Certified Stroke Center.
